Thank you for wanting to serve on a SRTD weekend! Stones River Tres Dias is an emerging Tres Dias Community and therefore, the fees associated with an upstart community may be higher than previous communities you have served in. While the Secretariat has worked hard to minimize costs for Pescadores to serve, the cost of the campground facilities is something we have limited control over. We appreciate your willingness to serve and invest in this new community!
Please prayerfully consider this commitment before volunteering to serve:
- I understand the weekend is a cloistered event, and will commit to remain at the camp ground for the duration of the weekend.
- I understand that signing up to serve does not guarantee a spot on the team, as teams sometimes fill up very quickly.
- I understand that team meetings are a vital part of preparing for the weekend and will attend at least 4 team meetings.
- I understand that team fees must be paid no later than the 4th team meeting, and that payment must be made by cash or check at team meetings, or by credit/debit card online (no Money Orders accepted).
If you would like to pay your teams fees online as part of your registration, please select your lodging option with payment on the form. If you intend to pay team fees at a later date, please select your preferred lodging option at the $0 rate.
T-shirts are optional and are not included in the team fees. The cost of a T-shirt is $10 and should be added to your registration total prior to entering your payment information.
